Here are the links to the relevant Business Skills forms from DIAC, plus links to the individual State Governments business migration pages.
You can hover your mouse over the link and “right click” to “save as” documents . You should also regularly check the DIAC home page for news about changes to the forms, occasionally a policy change might require new forms and it pays to use the most current version of any form.

- Please remember to consider the issue of English language skills. If the applicant or any family aged 18 and over cannot prove an adequate level of English ability, they will need to pay for English language training. This costs money, but the English skills will help them settle well and strengthen their business’ performance.
- Also, remember to access the relevant forms for police clearance, medical, character, dependent family etc. All of these forms and relevant explanation notes, can be found here at DIAC.
State Government application forms are here.
This table below shows a guide to the main forms for use by each class of visa. Note that links to family details, medicals etc are not provided. This is because we are providing business support information and not trying to guide you in how you deal with other immigration matters.
The information here was drawn from the DIAC checklists. You should always use the latest version of the checklist for the visa type and the specified forms within that checklist. Always refer to DIAC web site for these schedules. Please note that this table does not include individual visa cross reference to 990i fee schedule or 966i English language assessment.
