Before we can work on any of cases where the supply of information and payment is coming through an immigration agent, that agent is required to sign a contract with us. This will protect both parties in the agreement, as it includes service performance and payment structures that both of us should follow.
Click here to download a PDF file of the contract.
Where you choose to put your clients in direct contact with us, we require that you give this form to the client and ask them to sign this separate client agreement.
Tell them to read the form and acknowledge that State Sponsorship Services cannot provide immigration advice and that all queries regarding immigration policy are to be directed back to your agency. Any clients that you send to us that deal with us directly are deemed to have already been given this form and to have already agreed not to ask us questions related to immigration policy.
That might sound a bit tough, but we are not going to break any laws just to earn one fee by perhaps giving the wrong advice. If they are moving to Australia this will help them understand that Australia’s legal framework also protects non-residents.
