These two visas are for established business owners who want to obtain permanent residency. Please note that some provisional visa classes are limited in the choice of visas that lead to residency. In this case the 457 visas feed the EBA/REBA and the 892.
EBA stands for Established Business in Australia.
REBA is for Regional Established Business in Australia - essentially the same thing but the regional economic activity behind the REBA allows for some concessions in deciding the visa. These are found in minimum time spent in Australia, business equity, personal assets, etc.
The trade off is that some aspects then incur minimums. Here is a table that shows some of the differences between EBA and REBA.
